Man...... I just dont know what to say, Sean brought this CD over the other night and allowed me to rip it to my Hard Drive, I'v been listening to it nearly non-stop! The music is just so damn cool and new, I love it. I've also been falling asleep to Moby's new Hotel album curtesy of Christine and Maroon 5. I love my music what can I say.

Dateing Game Part III End Game: Please Confirm, fun with Sean and Christine

After a very fustrating Saturday night out in an attempt to spend some good time with Elizabeth, I asked her out for chai the other day and tonight ended up being the best time to do it between our schedules. It went well I guess, looks like we are buds. weee, I want my money back.

Sean and Christine stopped by afterwards for a few beers. I also decided to give them my old digital camera. It was gift to me, and I can't think of a person, or peoples that I would rather give it to. They will love it, Sean was taking pictures all night playing with the different color modes of sepia and black and white. We spend the rest of the evening drinkin beers, playing with our cameras, and chatting. Good night Good times.

A topic came up that showed a side of me that Christine never even knew or though of me. My artistic side. Sean brought it up and we ended up going through my portfolio from Junior High and High School, and they really like my stuff and it was cool.

I also did a crap load of spring cleaning today. I spent about three hours total and I only did the kitchen. It looks magnificent, feels so good to get cleaning like that done. I had my music blarin and the windows open. It was nice.

Good day, alot accomplished and ended with a beer with good friends, can't ask for much more than that in a day. Kinda sucks about Elizabeth, I guess its just another learning experience...damnit!

Charlie says hello.

Please Confirm, new TOY!!! YAAAA

So as many of you know my parents were intown today. My Dad is in town through tomorro, but I work and he has meetings all day. So I started today at 10am (ouch). I met Mom and Dad at Tom Wahls for lunch, a big classic favorite of ours. We hung out there for a while chit chatting and gossiping and what not, it was nice. Gotta enjoy a nice lunch of the parents.
After which Dad and I dropped Mom off at the airport, we needed to get rid of the female luggage. Dad and I proceeded to another nice hang out place, Barnes and Noble at Pittsford Plaza. I like that place, its big, and theres lots to look at and you can grab a Chai and walk around directionless and I find that fun to do on a day off. We were there for a while just walkin around looking at various schtuff and schtuff.
I dropped DAd off at the hotel and came home to do laundry. Then this evening I met dad for a beer at his hotel and he had this bag..... I like bags. Tonight dad had a get-together as a pre-emptive for the meetings tomorrow that kodak is hosting. They gave Dad a digital camera and the easy-share printer/docking station. Dad was all like 'here have this'. After I pooped myself I was all like 'nah dont you want it?' so I got it, and it is AWESOME.
The bartender there, not the best in the world by any imagination. He asked if we wanted another when we were barley half done with the beer that we were drinking, and was incredibly slow. He was making a Cosmo at one point, and I mentioned to dad that he could have made 5 Cosmos in the time that it took him to make one,. Dad retorted by saying that SD could have made 5 in that amount of time. That was funny. I have picture of the new camera and printer/docking station that I will post its so cool.
Just so its clear how much of a dork my father and I am, we set up the printer and camera there in the bar and had the bartender take a picture of us(it took a while) and printed out a couple copies there at the bar! Then I pooped myself again, thank goodness my crap smells like roses.

So yea toys aside it was nice to spend a day give or take with Mom and Dad. HAHA Kelly I got to spend time with them today so THERE.

Blog-A-Thon

Alrighty kids, I found this nifty little do-hickey the other day on Bunny's Blog. When I saw it I was all like 'that looks like a fanatastic fun waste of time, I wanna do it!' It could be comapared to one of those question chain mail letter we've all seen at some point, but more fun.

Heres how it works. I read Bunny's blog with her entry concerning this Blog-A-Thon, then I said hey 'interview me', and then I did a dance. I may change the rules here to better fit my amusment. So now she has sent a couple questions of her creation for me to answer here. So here are the rules if you care to play along:

1. Leave Me a comment saying “interview me” and send Charlie some love.

2. I’ll respond by asking you five questions in the same row of comments you wrote in or on your blog. They’ll be different for each person I interview and from the questions that were asked me.

3. Update your blog/site with the answers to the questions (and the questions themselves dork!)

4. Include an explanation like this and don’t leave anything out but it doesn’t have to be the same shpiel. Is shpeil spelled right?

5. Give other people interviews when they leave you “interview me” notes.

Here are the question I received from Bunny:

1) You and Charlie are stranded on a desert island where people worship cats. How would you use Charlie's influence to gain favor with the natives?

I dont think I would have to try hard to use Charlies cuteness and gifts to gain influence. Last I checked the population of cats on deserted islands is surprisingly small, I think they all got eaten. So in this situation I think Charlie would use me to gain influence and thus not be dinner later that day...or maybe morning, depends on how hungry I get.

2) Someone accuses you of being Asian/Black/Elizabeth Taylor. Besides the utter ridiculousness of this accusation, defend the reasons why you would be considered one of the above.

Well lets see. It would be a stretch to say I'm asain, being that I'm failry tall. So it would probaly have to be someone that doesnt know, nor see me. The only reason I could be considered Asain that I can come up with is that I like Asain chicks. they are cute. Ask my friends they'll tell you the same.
Black, I can't think of any reason someone would consider me black. I'm sorry but I cant think of anything for this one.
Elizabeth Taylor... well were slash are both sexy bitches.

3) Do you have a pair of emergency pants? If so, what kind are they and why do you have them? If not, what the hell is wrong with you?

Emergency pants... sounds like girl thing. If I were to declare a pair of pants and emergency pants, I would have to choose a pair of my chef pants. They are surpisingly confortable and look good as well, I wear them all the time in and outside of work. Oh I'm plenty aware that there is plenty wrong with me :)

4) Describe your favorite childhood memory and somehow relate it to armadillos.

Childhood memory... well there are quite a few to pick from, but in general I would have to say the weekends spent with my family sailing. I found a picture of a armadillo on google today, and I remeber that too.

5) What is your favorite vegetable? Don't say tomato or avocado because they are fruits.

I would have to say the bell pepper. All colors. They are sweet, crunchy, yummy and good for you too, I'm always munching on them like chips at work!

See.. kinda fun eh?

Adventures in Dating part II, New Jobs

Let see.... where to start. Do, Re, Me..... hmmm no thats just doesnt feel right.

I'll start with some quick news. As of next Saturday teh 12th I will no longer be working at Macaroni Grill. I have decided to take a job at Bazil's. Its also an I talian Resturaunt in Henrietta. The difference is that it seems nicer. But thats not really the big deal as to why I am leaving Macaroni Grill. The Mangers at Bazils seem to care about the lives of there workers. For example I will have two days off in a row. I havent had that on a refular basis in years. Also when I was walking around the kitchen everything seemed in order and not chaotic, but flowing. As opposed to Macaroni Grill were everyday is racing an uphill battle to be ready for the rush that you will never win. I'm actually takeing a small pay-cut for this new job, but after three months I will be back up to where I am now. But either way I think the atmosphere and organized system that I see there will be a huge releif and alot alot alot less stressful on me and my body for that matter. So in conclusion I'm very much looking forward to this new oppurtunity.

Im so very sketched-out about Elizabeth. Sorry to rant and rave or whatever but its gonna happen sometime and somewhere and this is the perfect somewhere for it to happen as far as I can tell. This past Saturday Elizabeth came over to my place to watch 'Napoleon Dynamite' and have bloody marry's. It was great she enjoyed the movie. After that she had to meet up with her father for dinner, then we met up at "headquaters" for some drinks. There was a band playing there and they were pretty good. Loud but good once I got used to the noise level. As the nigth progressed we actaully had each other arms around each other. At this point I was jumping up and down giggling like a highschool cheerleader(no offense Kelly). This girl is really nice and so I'm really hoping things go well with her. I'm also not much in the dateing circle so I dont know all the ins and outs so to speak. So that night I brought her to my place, she couldnt drive. So we got here and we kissed a bit (YES!!!). and she passed out. The next moring she woke up at 8:30am!!! I couldnt beleive it. So I took her back to her car. A few hours later she called me up to say hello and I thought that was good and a good sign.

To recap, Saturday was great I was in a good mood.

Now I was really looking forward to Wednesday because I knew we both had the night off from our jobs. So I im'ed her to see if she was up and would like to grab a bite to eat or something before going out. Wedesday is dart niht at "headquarters" so we both usually go out to hng with our friends. She was unable to go because she has lunch with her mother on Wedensdays, so thats fine. So I head out to "headquaters" later to meet up with Elizabeth. She was playing darts with ehr friends, I got to chit chat a small amount. I asked her is she would like to come over to watch a movie or listen to some music(we oth lke very similar music which is really cool), but she said she was tired, so that bummed me out becuase I knew she slept all day(literally, shes been working overnights) We played photo-hunt a bit and she left and I got a hug.

To recap, I was really looking forwad to Wednesday and we barely hung out at all, I was really bummed.

So now I'm not sure what the heck to think. Its not often if at all I meet a girl that I really realy am interested into like this one. Also I ahve a problem with getting anxious and getting my hopes up at a sign of good things(ie Saturday).

BLAGLAJGOEHAO

okay thats out and done.

I picked up this new toy last week to chase Charlie around a bit in the apartment, but I realy thinnk its cool, so I thought I would post a picture or two of it. Its called an XMOD. They are about 6 inches long and fuly customizable with upgradeable shocks, wheels, tires, body kits, engines and All-Wheel-Dive.

Well I'm going to post the pictures and chill out. Worked 13 hours today :)
