O Christmas Tree!
This is our Christmas tree so far! I need to get a better icture of it, but I wanted to put something up.
I interviewed 3 people yesterday and hired one guy. It was kinda fun, I had never interviewed anyone before. Good learning experience, I still ahve some things to work on, but I got the information I wanted out of them. So now I'm ecited to see how the new guy does, he will start on Sunday to do al lthat new-hire paperwork schtuff.

Nice tree! I had to interview people at the place I worked in California. I liked it. I would always ask off-the-wall questions to see how they reacted to things. I would ask if they had hobbies or interests besides work. You can learn some crazy things about people! I interviewed this one guy, Ryan. And he told me that his hobby was planning his goat farm that he was going to open in Venezuela in 15 years. That is quite a plan!! He would read Spanish newspapers to learn the language. Or go to Mexico for a few days to practice speaking Spanish. We actually hired him. He turned out to be a very interesting guy.
I have a great interviewing book if you would like to borrow it. I had to take a class at Wegmans of things not to say, so you don't get sued for now hiring - or later firing, and ways to get the needed information. Very neat. I am glad you like it! I remember I was very nervous at first, but it gets fun.
Whats the title of the book? Maybe I can find it here and pick it up.
Wegmans put it together - I will send it to you! Or I can give it to Mike you can give it to uncle George at Christmas time who then can give it to you.
Hi Babe! Nice Tree! Ok...my favorite question for interview.
"Usually everyone always stays in contact with people you used to work with. What is that your past co workers say they miss you the most?"
"What is your favorite compliment you ever recieved"
These two tell you allot about personality.
