SafeServe Certified
Well now I'm officially ServeSafe certified. Which is a relly good thing that I can add to my resume after I brush off the dust tht has accumiliated on it the past year or so sinceI last worked on it. At the end of this year I will be a more valuable commidity because every resturaunt will be required to have at least one person certified in there kitchen.
I scored a 90% on the exam, which is good, I passed, but I should have done better. Oh well, in Five years I'll have to do it again.
Lets see what else is new... The apartment is all clean so that is nice.
Had a really big thunderstorm this morning that almost woke me up. It was fun to listen to, then I went back to sleep. And I think its time to post a new up-to-date pictue of Charlie.

Hey, who says I can't enjoy a nice thunderstorm?! You people have no faith in me - right along with my cooking!
i have been serve safe certified about 2 years ago. i was a shift manager at a burger king, and almost the assistnat manager until this stupid ass store manager fired me cuz she is an ignorant ass clown. but anyhow congrats!
